"Portrait of 010101 exhibition"

A nod to "The box in a suitcase" by Marcel Duchamp, "The Portrait of 010101 exhibition" is an artwork, which contains in a Russian Doll fashion:

a numbered and personalized box;
a Cryptex, a small portable safe, which on display of the code "0-1-0-1-0-1" is unlocked;
a key containing in digital form, the "portraits" of the participating artists.

The "portrait" of each artist is for Maxime Chanson, the statement of such artist's artistic approach embodied in all subjectivity: by their Motor (what pushes the artist to create) and their Means (the operating mode the artist uses). Each artistic approach is expressed in a form that is both codified and textual.

The work is also interactive: its automatic update is created in connection with the website artistprofiler.art, the central work of the Maxime Chanson. In addition, by clicking on the name of each artist name listed in the "Portrait of 010101", you can access additional information about such artist (such as images, videos).
